Using a template
Search by template name or by any item in it, then choose Load into the maker. The tier list maker opens with the items waiting in Unranked and the template's title filled in. If your current board already has items, you are asked before it is replaced, because the maker keeps one board at a time.
Most templates use the classic S, A, B, C and D tiers. A few come with their own labels, like Happy to down to Dread it for chores, so the ranking reads naturally. Every label can be renamed and recoloured once the list is open, and you can add your own items or pictures beside the template's.
Copy items puts the list on your clipboard, one item per line: paste it into the pairwise ranking tool to settle the order question by question, or into a group chat to start a debate.
Every template here is plain text written for this site: generic things only, with no brand names, logos, characters or pictures from games or films. That keeps them quick to load and free to use in class, at work or on stream.
Questions
Will loading a template delete my board?
Only after you confirm. Download a PNG of your current board first if you want to keep it.
Can a group use the same template?
Yes. Everyone loads it on their own device, ranks it, and shares the downloaded PNG, which makes differences easy to spot side by side.
Why are there no pictures?
Pictures from games, films and brands belong to someone else. Text keeps the templates original; add your own photos in the maker if you want images.
